An Untamed Landscape
In the heart of the Delta's meandering channels and floating islands sits Sandibe Lodge. Situated on a diverse, wildlife-rich, private concession the lodge melts into the surrounding forest canopy.
The lodge is an architectural masterpiece shaped like a giant curled pangolin. While the main guest area is set within the forest, the twelve guest suites peep out along the banks. Raised up from the ground each is like a cocoon of privacy, with breathtaking views, a private plunge pool and cosy fireplace.
When your not relaxing in camp, Sandibe has exclusive traversing rights over a vast 22,500 hectares teeming with wildlife. So you can head out to explore the surrounding wilderness without a person or vehicle in sight.

Sandibe’s inspired organic design is a celebration of sustainability and the lodge tries to be as efficient as possible with 70% of the lodge’s extensive energy requirements come from solar energy.
