Aqua Blu is a luxury yacht that plies Indonesia’s beautiful islands with unforgettable weeklong itineraries sailing the pristine waters of Komodo, the Spice Islands and Raja Ampat.
Originally built in 1968 as HMS Beagle, a British Naval Explorer, she later became a private yacht before being completely refurbished in 2019 into a world-class luxury cruiser with all the latest comforts and safety features.
Inside, find five decks with 15 sumptuous suites, along with inviting communal areas including a lounge, spa and bar. Outside, a sun deck, al fresco dining spaces and Jacuzzi are fine spots to relax between days of adventure.
Equipped with a dive centre, two tenders, kayaks, SUPs and a crew of 25, enjoy varied days diving on the richest reefs in the world, island hopping to hike and meeting the locals, paddling to wild beaches, fishing and more.

Aqua helps support the local economy by employing staff from the community. They contribute to social projects which in turn enriches the guest experience. Exploring the daily lives and customs of local communities is an integral part of every Aqua journey, encouraging guests to return home with a deeper a understanding of the local culture and their challenges. More than 80% of staff across Aqua's four destinations are employed locally.
Conservation
Aqua has paved the way for more sustainable river and sea explorations, educating crew, guests and locals involved on the importance of preserving these fragile ecosystems. Aqua supports a number of conservation projects in Peru where the company first started operating while in Indonesia it is funding conservation education schemes.
Footprint
Aqua Expeditions constantly works to make its operations as sustainable as possible. This includes finding ways to improve fuel efficiency, reduced engine and energy emissions, sourcing environmentally-friendly and ethically-produced materials for vessel design, innovative waste management and a fresh farm-to-table approach. 90% of the lighting used on board all ships is LED, no harmful cleaning chemicals are used onboard and systems are in place to ensure clean water is returned to the rivers and seas sailed in.
