Find yourself in a wilderness of vibrant sunsets, star-strewn skies and the vast African savannah at one of the two seasonal Legendary Migrational Camps.
Moving between three locations in the Serengeti, their mobility makes it easier to be near the heart of the migration action, while having as minimal impact on the environment as possible. With your own dedicated guide and vehicle, you may have the opportunity to witness this incredible spectacle at your own pace, whether it’s during calving season or the dramatic river crossings.
The décor at both camps has been inspired by nature and constructed using materials that complement the environment. Think natural fabrics and earthy tones blending the surroundings with the camps and creating a tranquil space that allows you to feel connected to the wilderness. The camp can be booked for exclusive use, creating a completely private experience.
Featuring its own lounge and dining facility, each half of the camp faces a different direction and the surroundings also help create a sense of more privacy. There are two tents and a family tent on one side, which can be transformed into a private camp.

Community & Culture
The Friedkin Conservation Fund's partnership with the local communities helps to improve their livelihoods through conservation, giving them an active role in the process. The fund helps to improve accessibility to education, builds schoolrooms and teacher housing and provides scholarships. Their income generation project focuses on helping small business owners with microfinancing and business consulting. The FCF also addresses the needs of rural medical clinics, providing equipment and medicine as well as educating staff.
Conservation
Legendary is a member of the Friedkin Conservation Fund (FCF) which works to preserve one of the country’s last unspoiled natural areas. They are responsible for protecting over 3.2 million acres of protected wildlife areas that are vital to the Serengeti ecosystem. Going hand in hand with this initiative, is ensuring that the communities who live on the area’s borders benefit from the conservation plan.
