Overview
Unrivalled views of the Zambezi
Perfectly located along the Zambezi River in the Lower Zambezi National Park, Sausage Tree Camp blends elegance and warm hospitality, striking the perfect balance between luxury and an authentic bush experience.
All of the suites – seven in total are positioned to make the most of the beautiful river views, well-spaced apart to ensure privacy and that the elephants have room to wander in between them. The tented suites have large gauze windows and sliding doors to make the most of the afternoon breeze. Highlights include the open-air shower, a large deck with a private plunge pool, and a lovely lounge area complete with leather sofas to relax in.
The main area features an open-air dining tent and a bar area with an expansive teak deck overlooking the Zambezi, along with a 25-metre swimming pool – the perfect place to relax in the afternoon sun between game drives, canoe safaris, boat cruises and bush walks.
