Set in tropical gardens dotted with trees, Sirai Beach is a stunning exclusive-use family home overlooking the Indian Ocean from a clifftop in Kilifi.
Designed to capture the gentle breeze as it rolls in from the ocean, the main house is arranged around a beautiful open veranda that boasts a sweeping view over the infinity pool to the sparkling ocean beyond, framed by ancient baobab trees.
Six individual suites pair contemporary Swahili design with sea views. The master suite stretches across the entire first floor of the main house, while the others are found in garden cottages, all offering captivating vistas, polished concrete bathtubs and outdoor showers.
With a selection of indoor and alfresco spots to dine, enjoy healthy delicacies conjured up by your private chef. There’s plenty of space to socialise around the property, a gym, spa and tennis courts.

There’s a colourful kaleidoscope of coral and tropical fish waiting to be discovered while snorkelling in the clear Indian Ocean waters. There are masks, snorkels and fins for you to use during your stay. To enjoy the reefs and fish from above the surface, take to the waves in Sirai's glass-bottomed kayaks or paddleboards.
