This family-owned safari lodge is a shining beacon for wildlife conservation across Africa. Lewa is world heritage site and an award-winning model for community conservation renowned for its work protecting black and white rhino.
Set around a charming eco-chic African home, the lodget offers a sure sense of luxury with friendly service. It manages to be welcoming, comfortable yet unpretentious. With four luxury tents, a two-bedroom private cottage and three-bedroom private house, Sirikoi can accommodate groups of all sizes.

Horse riding
Saddle up and ride out into the Lewa plains. This is a fantastic way to get super close and personal with giraffes and zebras and view the scenery from a different perspective than that from a vehicle. The horses allow you greater mobility to get into even wilder areas of the bush.

Conservation
A passion for wildlife and commitment to conservation and community development are at the heart of the Sirikoi philosophy. The Lodge has been influential in Rhino conservation in Kenya and provides vital habitat for the endangered black rhino by protecting woodland from creating an elephant exclusions zone. Guests staying at Sirikoi can go behind the scenes of the ongoing conservation and meet members of the anti-poaching team. The key to Sirikoi’s success is engagement with local communities, achieved through the initiation and support of community conservation and development programmes, and the education of neighbouring communities on the value of wildlife.
Community and Culture
Sirikoi contributes significant amounts towards Lewa’s conservation, community, education and health projects. Employing people from local communities allows them financial freedom to purchase land and houses. The lodge supports the local communities and economy through trade purchasing as much as possible from sources nearby.
Footprint
Sirikoi has always strived to operate in harmony with their beautiful environment. The lodge runs off solar power, taps all water from a natural spring, uses natural cleaning products and toiletries wherever possible, follows a strict recycling policy and grows their own fruits and vegetables. As a result of these efforts, Sirikoi has been honoured with a Gold level Eco-rating for the last three years running.
