Overview
Walk in the wild
An oasis set deep in the heart of South Luangwa National Park, with no other camps around for miles, Time + Tide Luwi is a rustic spot for those seeking an on-foot adventure.
Its five grass and thatch tents are nestled under a grove of ancient mahogany trees overlooking a floodplain that attracts hippos and elephants. Rebuilt every year, they’re designed to fully immerse guests in the bush experience. Each has an open-air en suite bathroom and a peaceful outdoor seating area for watching the wildlife wander by.
The main area consists of a small bar and lounge area. Daytime meals are served in the shade of the trees above whilst dinner is taken under the stars accompanied by the many sounds of the Zambian nights. Nearby, a wildlife hide overlooks a lively oxbow lagoon, perfect for photographers between time out in the bush on expertly guided walks and drives.
