Overview
Relax and unwind on the banks of the Zambezi
At Victoria Falls River Lodge, African safari experience meets easy access to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Not only was it the first privately-owned lodge built within Zambezi National Park, but it is also perfectly situated on the banks of the Zambezi, with the spray from the Victoria Falls visible in the distance.
There are a range of tented 19 suites, including those for families and a collection a mile away from the main lodge by boat ideal for couples, each its own private deck and plunge pool, or you can opt for one of the six secluded Island Treehouse suites which you’ll find amid the treetops of Kandahar Island. The two star bed treehouses offer you the chance to sleep beneath the vast African skies. The lodge itself has spacious dining, lounge and bar areas where you can relax with fellow guests. There’s also a fitness centre and Toa Spa where you can indulge your senses.
It’s the perfect option for families as the wonderful children’s programme keeps young travelers busy with fishing, tracking wildlife and visiting the Zambezi Crescent School. The lodge’s Zambezi Crescent Collection is committed to bringing positive change to the environment and local community.
