Days 1 — 2
Breakfast with giraffes
Begin your discovery of Kenya with a night in a green suburb in Nairobi at the iconic Giraffe Manor, a 1930s mansion set amid a woodland reserve that wouldn’t look out of place in an English shire.
Its most famous residents are a herd of friendly Rothschild’s giraffes who wander up to the windows in search of treats. A breakfast shared with these incredible animals is one of the safari world’s most unforgettable experiences.
A luxurious boutique hotel in the green residential area of Karen, with magnificent views of the nearby Ngong hills.
Days 2 — 5
Maasai Mara safari
And now time for the timeless romance of a safari in one of Africa’s most important conservation and wilderness areas. The Maasai Mara hosts an astounding diversity and density of wildlife year-round, especially lions, leopards, cheetah and elephants.
Between July and October, millions of wildebeest and zebra cross from the Serengeti in Tanzania to create an awe-inspiring natural spectacle. Pick between a classic canvas camp in the wilderness or a luxury lodge with incredible views, heading out onto the Mara for action-packed game drives, guided walks and an introduction to Maasai culture. For an even more spectacular view, take to the sky at dawn in a hot air balloon.
A perfect mix of traditional safari camp and comfort in a quieter corner of the Mara and perfectly located for the wildebeest migration's arrival.
A contemporary safari camp in the heart of Mara Naboisho Conservancy, surrounded by Kenyan savannah.
Days 5 — 10
Seychelles
Spend one night in Mahé before travelling to a remote tropical island surrounded by warm Indian Ocean waters. Shared only with a handful of the other guests – and resident giant tortoises lumbering through the interior – here you can disconnect from the world and do as much or as little as you feel like. Indulge in the spa and laze on coral sands that ring the island.
You can learn about conservation efforts on land and sea, kayak on rainbow reefs vibrant with life, paddleboard or brush up on your diving. We can also arrange completely private moments for you both, such as dining experiences and sunset cruises.
